When a representative from Chipotle called me to build a costume for SF's (in)famous footrace "Bay to Breakers", I drew upon my experience building walk-around characters at J&M in Hollywood. I made a body of upholstery foam with a metal reinforcing hoop at the waist for support. It's covered with tissue lamé to look like a foil-wrapped burrito just like in their advertisements, though this one also has a sweatband because it's a race!
